Reminder:

Those who use flex time, Option #2, on a holiday week will not receive overtime pay for hours worked during that week.
Overtime will not be paid until an employee has actually worked 40 hours. Also under flexible Option #2, this will also be true for vacation, sick leave or other benefit time paid.

Also FMLA is to be used for a bonified illness for the person you signed up for (yourself or family member), not for a day off. Abuse will be investigated by BIW and disipline will be invoked upto and including discharge.
